series of products which, with the use of custom components born thanks to years of experience and research 
Markbass and the use of revolutionary materials with an eye to the future and the evironment, has really 
nailed the tone and power versus portability issue.
The MB58R 121 ENERGY features 1x12" Markbass Neodymium custom speakers and 1" driver with horn. With its 
400 watts of power handling it can be used as a standalone with a Markbass head or as extension cabinet 
for the Mini CMD 121 and CMD 121 combos, it’s a very portable solution (weights only 23.59 lbs/10.7 Kg) 
that covers all of your needs and also ideal for double bass and acoustic bass as the sound the of acoustic 
instruments is faithfully reproduced by this amazing cabinet.

Paua is the Maori (native New Zealand) name for a species of abalone whose 
shells are the most beautiful and colorful. Luthiers often use Paua shell 
for the inlays on their most special guitars. Fine jewelry crafted from the 
shells are known as Paua Pearls.
When we came up with this new finish, its dazzling iridescence reminded us of 
paoa pearls, and so that became its name. It uses the same durable titanium process 
as our other Capo Royale models, so its eye-popping, color-shifting beauty will last
