SEVILLA TREATED CLASSICAL STRINGS MED. TENSION W/ TIE ENDS

Sevilla Strings are classical guitar strings that feature Cleartone Strings' Patented EMP Coating.
With its one micron coating, the Sevilla Strings treatment is the thinnest coating in the industry,
designed to last a long time without compromising the feel and sound of traditional strings.
Medium tension.

Cleartone EL Monster Series 11-56

Cleartone Drop D 011-056 elgitar strenger

Designed specifically for alternative tunings such as Drop D, Drop C and Drop C#,
Cleartone DT sets feature heavier gauge strings for that extra tension you need.
At one micron thin, the EMP Treatment is then applied to all 6 strings to ensure
longest tonal life without compromises.

Everyone knows that coated strings last longer, and uncoated strings sound better.
There is a Tone compromise and up until now, you had to accept it.

Thanks to Cleartone Strings, you no longer have that compromise. Cleartone Treated
Strings feature a protective film called EMP – Enhanced Molecular Protection.
This treatment helps prolong tonal life without sacrificing feel or sound.
At one micron thin, it is up to one thousand times thinner than coated strings.
In fact, EMP treated strings last as long or longer than other string brands on
the market, but feel and sound like an uncoated set.
This gives you exactly what you always wanted - killer Tone with an incredible
lifespan. Let’s face it, changing strings is annoying, but throwing on a virtually
dead set to begin with is much worse. Also, unlike coated strings, the EMP
treatment works equally with both acoustic and electric strings.
EMP bonds to the molecules in the metal so during hard strumming it doesn’t
feel slippery and never flakes off. Cleartone Strings feel and sound like a
regular set, but designed to last 3-5 times longer. Nothing else lasts as long
and sounds as good. Cleartone is the next evolution in guitar strings.

British Steels Regular 11-48

The quintessential sound of British guitar – Rotosound’s early electric guitar strings
which were the choice of music legends.
This range originates from the sixties and offers a distinctly bright tone with increased
presence over its nickel-plated counterparts. As British Steels are nickel free,
they’re aptly suited to players with a nickel allergy.

The British sound
In the early days of rock and pop, stainless steel strings were the sets of choice with top
players. Rotosound supplied stainless steel strings to the best players of the sixties and s
eventies such as Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Syd Barrett, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne and Brian May.

Unmistakable tone
With such high iron content in their ferritic stainless steel covers, British Steels offer a
clear and bright sound that still packs a punch. Serious twang is at hand with cleaner amp
settings but turn up the overdrive to unleash unmistakable upper harmonics and presence unique
to steel strings."

Super Bronze Acoustic Medium Light 12-54

Pioneered by Rotosound in 1974, Super Bronze remains the choice for long sustain and brightness.

Applying our patented Piano String Design technology to 92/8 phosphor bronze windings offers unrivalled sustain
and presence.

Core principles
James How, Rotosound’s founder, revolutionised the acoustic guitar string with his world acclaimed piano string
contact core design.

Originally released under the Superwound name ‘Country Gold’, these strings employ a wrap wire that stops short
of the ball end so that a section of the core wire is exposed and only the core wire comes into contact with the
saddle.

acoustic strings for consistent tone and performance in every packet.

Piano string design
Inspired by the construction of piano strings, Rotosound’s James How designed and patented the ‘Superwound’
string in 1974. Described on their launch as having “unequalled hi-fidelity range, selective harmonic control,
longer sustain and extreme power”, this design is a classic example of Rotosound’s innovation.
